"It's Like Christmas But Better!"

#50 Shades of Colour - No. 4

I know, I know, I am behind on my blogging schedule!

Where did March go and April has been a really busy month so far in so many exciting ways. There have been several new product launches as well as further work on various ongoing projects – all of which have left little time for blogging. The upside though is that I have been photographing my work throughout the past few month and I now have lots of great projects and ideas to share with you. ‘Yippee’, I hear you all exclaiming in eager anticipation!

So what I have been up to? Well I have finally launched my new, monthly, sample fibre-boxes via the Pink Alpaca website which are proving to be very popular with you all. These boxes contain a carefully selected range of my own hand-dyed and hand-spun fibres, all based around a particular colour palette.  The current theme is ‘Hints of Spring’ and features a beautiful range of pinks, yellows and purples – reminiscent of bright spring daffodils and colourful tulips (for more details, click here for the video I made to go along with it).

I am really enjoying putting these boxes together for you and also loving the fantastic responses that I am getting from you all about the contents. One customer messaged me to say:

“My box has just arrived - Wow!!!! I didn't hope for so much! It is like Christmas but better! Thank you!”

That message made my day and hopefully receiving your box of fun will make yours!

If you'd like to buy one, click here, and I can't wait to see what you're making with them. Please remember to share your comments, feedback and images with me via my Facebook site so that we can all see what fun you have been having with the fibre content of your exciting boxes.

The next sample fibre boxes will be out very soon and I am experimenting with  new themes and colour-ways. If you have any suggestions then please let me know. Watch this space for more information coming in a few days time.

Create some happiness everyday!

Jacqui
